Power You Can Trust, Backed by 3+3 Years PAN-India Warranty

At Hemax Green, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our lithium inverters and batteries. Every Hemax product is covered by a 3+3 Year Comprehensive Warranty, ensuring peace of mind and long-lasting performance across India.

What the Warranty Covers

Your Hemax Green warranty covers:

  1. Manufacturing Defects:
    Faults in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
  2. Battery Performance Guarantee:
    Hemax lithium batteries are guaranteed to retain at least 70–80% capacity after 6 years or up to 4000 charge cycles (whichever comes first).
  3. Inverter Functionality:
    Covers repair or replacement of inverters due to internal component failure, PCB malfunction, or inverter circuit defects.
  4. Technical Support:
    Free technical assistance and diagnostics via our PAN-India service network.
  5. On-site or Pickup Support:
    Depending on the product and region, we offer doorstep support or authorized service center repair.

Extended Warranty (3+3 Years Explained)

  • The first 3 years cover comprehensive repair or replacement for manufacturing or electrical defects.
  • The next 3 years (extended coverage) focus on battery performance and functional reliability.
  • If the product performs below guaranteed capacity levels during the extended period, Hemax will repair, recondition, or replace it (subject to evaluation).

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty will not apply if the product shows:

  • Physical damage, impact, or misuse
  • Tampering or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Use of non-recommended chargers or incompatible accessories
  • Water or fire damage
  • Installation errors or improper handling
  • Natural wear and tear or degradation due to extreme environmental exposure

Warranty Claim Procedure

To register a claim:

  1. Contact Support:
    Reach out via our official customer care number or email (to be added: contact@hemaxgreen.com).
  2. Provide Details:
    • Product serial number
    • Purchase invoice
    • Date of purchase and issue description
  3. Verification & Processing:
    • Our support team will verify your warranty status.
    • If eligible, Hemax will repair or replace the product as per terms within 7–14 working days.
  4. Service Network:
    We offer PAN-India warranty support through certified Hemax service partners.

Commitment to Sustainability

At Hemax Green, we’re committed to a greener future. All replaced lithium batteries are handled under safe recycling and recovery programs in compliance with environmental standards.

Additional Terms

  1. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.
  2. Replacement or repaired units carry the remaining original warranty period.
  3. The company reserves the right to inspect and test the product before approving claims.
  4. Installation must be carried out by the customer through a certified electrician or an authorized Hemax technician. Improper or self-installation may void the warranty.
  5. Do not operate heavy-load appliances such as microwaves, hair dryers, electric irons (press), washing machines, or heaters when the inverter is in backup mode.
    These devices draw high current and can damage the inverter or battery, which will not be covered under warranty.
  6. In case of any dispute, Hemax Green’s decision shall be final and binding.
